Dearka doesn't know how to feel about any of it. He knows that of all the outsiders, Elan particularly wasn't happy here. He's also guessing that he would probably protest the idea that he and the Pharact are at all linked on that level... And given Elan's dicey past, it's hard to know if leaving will be ultimately for the best for the guy or not.
Dearka can only is that Elan is able to find freedom and peace, wherever he is. All he can do now, is break the news to Lucy, if she isn't aware already.]
