As a space boy, there's a near childlike wonder as he stares at one of these camels that has wandered over a little closer. He sends a quick look of acknowledgement back to Dearka when he joins him, but ... camel.

They're amazing. I've never seen one outside of photos, much less up this close. I didn't know they were this big.
[Dearka hums. The camels are interesting but he's not quite as enthralled by them as Yzak seems to be.]

[Actually, Yzak is more what Dearka's enthralled by, at the moment, now that he's seeing him in person again, and they're done snipping at each other over the internet. The obvious wonder he has looking at these freaky desert horses is super endearing, actually.
He quietly reaches over and slips an arm around Yzak's shoulders, pulling him up against his side and giving him a little squeeze.]
They've got some crazy eyelash game, too... Nowhere close to rivaling yours, though.
At least for me, because I've got plenty of experience with horseback.

Thankfully they won't all have to be around their mobile suits at all times during the stay here. Yzak hates the desert and the sand, but it looks like he's finally found something that would make a trek out a lot more tolerable.
Will Yzak ever get over that fluttering feeling whenever Dearka makes even the lightest of romantic gestures like this? Probably not! But perhaps that's a good thing for both of them. Yzak doesn't hate it, and Dearka is likely tickled by the way he feels Yzak react every time; the small pause of surprise, his eyes blinking open just a little wider, the glance he sends his way...
Only with that remark, that glance quickly transforms into a look of great insult. ]

[ He looks back to the creature in question, now properly taking in the way its eyes look.

And he visibly settles, because damn, Dearka's making a point. ]
[He is tickled, every single goddamn time. Except in this case that fondness is interrupted when he bursts out laughing at the brief look of insult on Yzak's face, letting go of his shoulder just long enough to give him a hearty slap on the back before squeezing him again.]
[Dearka snickers breathily and then reaches to brush Yzak's hair out of the way, so he can lean in and steal a quick peck on the cheek.]
I would never compare any other part of you to a camel. Promise. [A pause. And then he says more seriously:] And... Sorry for not mentioning any of that shit before. I really didn't mean to.

[ Ugh, why's he gotta have this much rizz when it counts... though it's the genuineness of it that actually affects him more. ]
